Hello, I installed the extension, version 1.2.5, on XWiki version 6.2 and 8.4.2 and it works fine on FF v51.0.1 & Chrome v56.0.2924.87. The styles, though, should be updated to fix some colors and some spacing in the tooltip containers. Can you give more details about how exactly you're trying to use the tootlip ? Do the tooltips work if you go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Tooltip ?
I used your examples and nothing displays on the page. When I try your page: http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Tooltip Errors show up: "Unknown macro: tooltip" on each of your tooltip macros.
